We charge by the room in most cases, we take into account, small closest, halls and bedroom walk ways and in some case can combine to very small areas into on, However some very large customer rooms can be charged additional.

The weather plays a role in dry times. Days of higher humidity will cause longer dry times; where as warmer dry days will shorten the dry time. In most cases 4-6 hours. Ceiling fans, floor fans such as box fans can really speed the drying process. On a warm dry day open windows will help as well as turning your central heat fan "ON" from the "AUTO" setting.
